Located just 5km from the beautiful town of Still Bay in the Garden Route.

Botterkloof Lifestyle Estate boasts a plentiful bird life for the avid bird-watchers.

The resort has a large swimming pool located right on our doorstep, with a child-friendly playground next to it.

For the more adventurous, there are walking trails on the farm. A short walk on our side of the resort, past the Chapel and a longer walk on the other side of the olive farm.

It is a mere 5-minute drive to the 2 Blue Flag beaches (Preekstoel and Lappiesbaai), lagoon and river. The Town is 8 km from the farm and Still Bay Golf Course is approximately 10 km away.

For those keen craft gin drinkers, Inverroche Distillery is located next door to us and offers gin tasting, which means no drinking and driving. You can walk to the distillery.

The Press Room Café is located between Botterkloof Lifestyle Estate and Inverroche Distillery in the Olive Grove. They have a small seasonal menu with a locally sourced wine and liqueur list. No need to drive anywhere.

The resort is gated, and we have safe parking outside the house.

About Kiki’s Khaya

“Kiki’s Khaya”, formerly known as “Chris Huys”, is a self-catering, 10 sleeper house situated at the Botterkloof Lifestyle Estate in Still Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.

It is definitely a home-away-from-home. The house is furnished with comfy furniture to ensure a relaxed family holiday, with a large braai area in front of the house.

It has 4 en-suite bedrooms with a guest toilet in the lounge area. 3 Bedrooms sleep 2 people sharing with a family room sleeping 4 people.

The large open-plan kitchen is adequately equipped to cater for 10 people.

There is a washing line at the back of the house to dry swimming towels or your small hand-washed items.

The lounge area is connected to inverter during loadshedding, the lights and TV will be functional.

About Chuck’s Khaya

“Chuck’s Khaya”, formerly known as “Rianda”, is a self-catering, 4 sleeper cottage situated at the Botterkloof Lifestyle Estate in Still Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.

Chuck’s Khaya is a comfortable self-catering cottage set back against the indigenous Milkwood trees. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed.

The open plan living area has 2 seating areas, one is in front of the indoor fireplace and the other is in front of the TV. Chuck’s Khaya offers the full DStv bouquet, however, there is no Wi-fi available so we suggest bringing your own. The house is connected to an inverter, the lights and TV are functional during loadshedding times.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave, fridge, and stove. It opens out onto a wooden deck that is set against the Milkwood Trees which is teeming with birdlife. There is a large enclosed braai area in the front of the cottage where you can watch your children in the swimming pool.
